Terms of Use
Effective July 23, 2026
By using Responsibility Pulse, you agree to these terms.
The service
Responsibility Pulse provides household coordination tools, including private households, invitations, shared responsibilities, calendar-linked handoffs, and status notifications. It is not an emergency, safety, medical, or location monitoring service. Do not rely on it for time-critical or life-safety communication.
Your account and household
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your device and for invitations you share. Invite only people you intend to add to your household. You may leave a household or delete your account in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, surveil, impersonate, threaten, or unlawfully monitor another person; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or submit content you do not have the right to share.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Responsibility Pulse the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, and display that content within your household and to deliver requested notifications.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features may not always be available, and notification delivery is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Responsibility Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Apple
These terms are between you and Responsibility Pulse, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
